The Department of the Army Corp of Engineers issued Permit # 200160449 including the specifications and conditions to establish/build a Marina on Lot # 17 @ Twin Oaks Resort Inc.

This Permit is current and valid with an expiration date of May 31, 2011

It is believed that changes to the Permit could be made in conjunction with the co-operation of the Corps of Engineers.
